Rick and Lori's Grand Adventure

We named this sunflower ‘Hope’ this past summer. After having its stalk broken in two and tossed in the trash, Rick taped it back together when he realized it wasn’t a weed by the look on my face when I realized it was gone. Not only did Hope’s stalk grow back together, but she thrived and produced the most beautiful flowers for us all summer long. Now this flower named Hope will forever remind me of the Ukrainian people and their amazing stand against a demented man and his army. I pray this war against the Ukrainian people ends quickly and that hope continues to hold them up as they fight side by side for their country. And thank you World for standing in solidarity for Ukraine , I’ve never been more proud of all of us on the side of Peace. #westandwithukraine
